Lindsay Bohan, Doula, RN, BSN, IBCLC

Lindsay is a Registered Nurse, IBCLC, and Spinning Babies trained and certified doula. She started her nursing career at a local Denver hospital in 2014 and after having her children she quickly realized the importance and lack-there-of of good birth and postpartum education and support. Still working PRN at the hospital, she sees a diverse patient population which adds to her knowledge and approach of non-judgmental and compassionate care. She understands the challenges that breastfeeding and the postpartum season can bring and is passionate about educating and helping women thrive during this time.  A third generation Colorado native, Lindsay loves traveling, camping, biking, skiing, a good iced coffee and practicing yoga in her free time. Above all, her biggest joy is found when adverturing with her two children, Alden and Gwyneth, husband, Mike and two rescue pups, Sasha and Cup.

Molly Smith, Doula, RYT, & Personal Chef

Molly is a Registered Yoga Teacher, trained childbirth educator, experienced birth and postpartum doula, and self-taught chef (seriously, don't let this fool you, try her peanut butter fat bombs and you will understand!). Her entire life she has felt called to birth and it only amplified after having her own children. Originally Molly chose to enroll in a midwifery program after college, but ultimately decided that she felt more called to support families as a doula while raising her boys. Having the experience of her midwifery background along with teaching yoga for many years has provided her a deep knowledge base of the female anatomy and how to encourage the best movement and care for a mother's body. Along with Molly's passion for educating and empowering new families in birth preparation, she also specializes in prenatal and postpartum yoga. During her private yoga sessions she focuses on bringing awareness to mother's breath and body and deepening her connection with her baby. Molly is a Colorado native and resides in the Boulder area with her loving husband, Ben, two boys, Samson and Sterling and their dog, Pinot. She enjoys staying active, the outdoors, traveling, elevated cooking, motherhood, and staying involved in her community. She loves witnessing and holding space for women's strength & softness during this transformative season of life and brings a wealth of knowledge and gentle guidance to the birth and postpartum space. She is honored and grateful to do this work.

Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced parents and baby experts who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We are always here to help answer any questions you have and provide personalized support based on your needs and preferences.

She loves to laugh and have deep, meaningful conversations whenever possible. Prior to being a mother she was lucky enough to live abroad and those experiences still influence her view of the world; with wonder and curiosity! And she brings that wonder and curiosity to every birth she is honored to attend.

Lindsay Scott is a Colorado native and lives in Aurora with her husband and three children. Lindsay has always been interested in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. After she had her children, she realized there is a definite need for doula support, knowledge and advocacy, so she changed her career path and trained to become a certified doula with DONA. She attends births and also works with a local non-profit offering on-call doula support to a local hospital where she supports one to two births a month. Helping birthing people is truly her passion and love.

Rose Rocha is a nanny and certified postpartum doula who is a versatile professional with a  breadth of experience in childcare, physical therapy, yoga, and housekeeping. With over 6 years as a nanny and PT, Rose has a deep understanding in newborn care, child development, and sleep training. Certified in Theta Healing, she brings active listening skills and emotional intelligence to families. She also leverages her experience as a yoga teacher in her childcare approach by blending relaxation techniques with mindful movement to promote physical and mental well-being. Her compassionate care and dedication has earned her the trust of numerous families. Rose is grateful for her diverse skill set and she looks forward to having a positive impact in her community.

Martha Higgins is a certified postpartum doula, wife and mother to two sweet boys. Originally from Missouri and has lived all over the world, she now calls Golden, CO her home. She enjoys spending her time in nature; hiking, skiing, and learning to garden at high elevation. Prior to motherhood and her doula career she was an interior designer. After having her sons and learning first hand how difficult those first days of motherhood can feel, she felt called to pursue a career as a doula. She knows first hand the joys and challenges that come during the first few months of motherhood. This is why she is so passionate about providing unwavering encouragement, guidance, and a listening ear so new mothers begin their journeys with confidence and a strong foundation.

Melissa Serrato  is a dedicated postpartum nurse and doula with a passion for supporting women and children through the transformative journey of motherhood. Her love for postpartum care grew even more after the birth of her sister in 2023 which further fueled her desire to help. As a Colorado native with Mexican heritage, Melissa understands and respects the diverse beliefs and traditions of her patient's experiences with childbirth and newborn care. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and staying up-to-date on the latest podcasts and Netflix shows. Alyssa Desplinter is a postpartum nurse and doula that loves working with and supporting moms, babies, and families. She appreciates that each family is unique and loves providing care and education that fits each family's needs and goals. Her gentle and warm spirit brings families comfort and ease while navigating the challenges of new parenthood. Additionally, Alyssa lives with her fiancé in Frederick, CO and enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Lindsey Schatz  is a postpartum doula and birth doula.  With over 20 years of experience in child and infant care, she is dedicated to supporting families through the transformative postpartum period. She offers compassionate, informed care that nurtures both parents and baby and ensures a smooth transition into this new chapter of life. She is deeply inspired by the power of the female body and has been a yoga teacher for over ten years. This knowledge provides her with a strong foundation as she embarks in the birth doula space. Her approach is rooted in respect, empowerment, and evidence-based practices that honor each individual and family. Her priority is to create a safe space where families feel confident, rested, and deeply cared for during this precious time.

Karen Lewis Dalton is a RN, DONA trained doula, and mother of four. Her passion for supporting women through childbirth and postpartum began with her own experiences. After a very eye-opening labor and birth with her first, Karen realized that the medical system in which most women give birth neither trusts women's bodies nor respects their autonomy.  So began her awakening into true birth education and advocating for mothers. Karen sought midwifery care and doula support in her subsequent births and began a journey of supporting women herself. She pursued doula training after her second was born and had her third and fourth as water births at home. She then went back to complete her BSN degree and became a L&D RN. Karen is also a photographer, a professional skydiver, and volleyball coach. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, skiing, camping, hiking, and mountain biking. She loves to help families and new parents find solutions to all the challenges of motherhood and truly values the special connections we create with others.

Clara Quagraine is a certified nurse-midwife from Ghana with over eight years of experience and more than 100 successful births. Now based in the US, she works as a birth and postpartum doula, providing compassionate, hands-on support to mothers and families. She offers comprehensive care to mothers-to-be throughout the prenatal, delivery, and postnatal stages. Married with two adorable daughters, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and traveling together. Passionate about her work, she is dedicated to helping expectant and new mothers navigate their journey with confidence and care. She offers warmth, love, and a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.

Nancy Panger is a seasoned postpartum and transition nurse of over 26 years. Originally from Canada, born and raised in Vancouver, she moved to the States years ago as a travel RN. She traveled much of the US and eventually settled in Colorado where she raised her children. After having her first child she decided postpartum nursing was her passion. When she is not caring for babies and educating parents she loves spending time with her adult son and daughter, being in nature, traveling, reading, and baking.
